Airehead Studios wants you to be happy with your purchases. Many of our products are handmade or custom made. Please remember that colors vary from monitor to monitor. What you see on your screen is often an approximation of the actual colors in a product. As items are made, colors are mixed from scratch. Handmade items will vary from piece to piece and will not be exact duplicates of the samples presented on the website.

If you receive a product and are unhappy with it or find that it does not perform to your expectations, it may be returned within 30 days for refund (less shipping and handling) or exchange. Custom orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit before work begins on your item. The balance will be due prior to shipment. If you are unhappy with your custom order, it may be returned for a 50% refund (less shipping and handling) within 30 days of receipt.
